Unholy

-Necrosis nerfed to 10% shadow damage for 5 points (down from 25%)
-Blood Caked Blade nerfed to 20% damage per disease (down from 50% damage per disease)
-Desecration nerfed to 5%

Blood

-Bloody Vengeance changed to 3 pointer, effect not changed. Therefore, only goes up to 3% damage and stacks 3 times, so 9% damage in total (down from 3x 5% damage)

Frost

-Merciless Combat nerfed to 12% for 2 points (down from 20%).
-Rime changed to 3 pointer: 15% crit for Icy Touch and also 15% chance for Icy Touch to clearcast Howling Blast (no runes)
-Frost Strike nerfed to 30% of weapon damage + bonus (down from 50%)
